The Topeka Police Athletic League (PAL) is a partnership between the Topeka Police Department and community members dedicated to building strong, positive relationships between law enforcement and youth. Through sports, mentorship, and education, PAL aims to empower young people with teamwork, leadership, and respect while creating safer, stronger neighborhoods.
